Shipping
Orders are processed within 24 hours and we offer free shipping. Please keep an eye on your mailbox, you will be informed about your delivery.
Please note: Once a package leaves our fulfilment partner's warehouse, delivery timing is subject to the local carriers and outside of our direct control. Delivery timelines vary by destination and product— we'll do our best to flag any known delays.

Customs
The price you pay at checkout covers the product and shipping only. We do not cover any customs/import taxes charged by your country's Customs Authority.
Unfortunately, we have no visibility into or control over these charges as they are set by each country's Customs Authority based on the local rules at the time of import.
We highly recommend checking your local customs threshold before ordering internationally to avoid any surprises upon delivery.
Returns Policy
Our products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners, please review sizing and product details carefully before ordering.
Return Period
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not cover the return cost.
Eligibility for Return
- Items still within their original boxes/packaging, with all original tags still intact.
- Items not damaged, not torn, not soiled or stained.
- Return request made within 14 days
Exclusions
Our return policy does not cover the following items:
- Sale items (items purchased at discounted price)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact junosloft@gmail.com with a valid order number.
Refund process
Once the return has been accepted, all successfully returned items will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject returns that are not in brand new condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within [7] days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you — this is the one case where Juno's Loft covers return shipping.
